Pilates at MOVE IT MAMA – your free workout

Are you a Pilates fan? Or do you at least want to give it a try right now? In our MOVE IT MAMA app, we have also developed a Pilates series for you from spring 2022 with a team of experts from Canada and Germany.

All workouts are tailored to the needs in your single pregnancy as well as postnatal phase. Our founder Birte Glang stood for the pregnancy workouts during her second pregnancy for it again highly pregnant in front of the camera. Have fun with this short workout tailored to the 3rd trimester. You can always do the exercises in the first or second trimester, just as you can try these exercises after the birth from the “official okay” of your doctor (usually about 6-8 weeks after birth)!  More exercises & Pilates workouts await you in the app starting Spring 2022!
