Let’s get the important stuff out of the way first:
MOVE IT MAMA is now available worldwide as a practical MOVE IT MAMA app. Women can also experience the various MOVE IT MAMA workouts in over 5,000 fitness studios across the globe in the form of virtual training. All workouts are to view in German or English, depending on the settings of your mobile. The German-language DVD series of MOVE IT MAMA has been in stores since November 2018.
Modern, holistic, for the stylish modern woman: MOVE IT MAMA offers various workouts for each phase of your pregnancy, recovery period, and time as a new mom. The pre- & postnatal fitness program covers elements of muscle building to cardio training to pelvic floor exercises, relaxation workouts, exercises to train the stomach muscles and get your sexy ass back ‒ everything that expectant or new moms might need.
Germany’s first celebrity mom fitness concept, created and produced by new mom, TV star, model, fitness junkie and law graduate Birte Glang. Whether you’re super sporty or less enthusiastic about exercise, MOVE IT MAMA helps you train your entire body with exercises that you can modify to suit your own needs.
Alongside a team of midwives, doctors and international fitness trainers, in 2017 Birte Glang developed 32 pre- and postnatal workouts in real time during her own pregnancy ‒ each tailor-made for each individual phase. The result was the world’s most comprehensive fitness program for moms. Filmed in Los Angeles, California. Birte shows you her favorite spots in the City of Angels: her workouts take you to well-known places in Malibu, Beverly Hills, downtown L.A. and many more.

Join the MOVE IT MAMA movement! Being a mom doesn’t mean that we should give up our lifestyles or that looking and feeling great are a thing of the past – quite the contrary – things have only just begun!
Birte Glang lives and breathes sport, acting and her family. As a successful international model, this clever blond still jet-sets her way around the globe, even though she has currently hung her hat in Cologne, Germany, where she has, rather fittingly, been playing a fitness trainer and young mother in “Alles Was Zählt” on RTL since February 2019. The horse-mad actress shot to fame as fun-loving backpacker Heidi Danne in the hit RTL series “Unter Uns”. Not long after that, Birte Glang could be seen acting alongside Hollywood star Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner) and German comedian Kaya Yanar when she took on the lead female role in a comedy action movie. Since then, the sporty young mom has made regular appearances on German-language TV shows: as draconic villain in “Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten” and “Alarm für Cobra 11” (both RTL), scheming TV producer in “Das große Comeback” (ZDF), fun-loving party girl in “Was kostet die Liebe” (SAT.1), caring midwife in “Lena Lorenz” (ZDF) and most recently a starring role in “Alles was zählt” (RTL) since January 2019. On the international stage, she has also filmed alongside famous faces such as the comedian Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreaction, NBC)
In 2017, an at times heavily pregnant Birte filmed all the MOVE IT MAMA workouts in Los Angeles, her second home. Birte Glang is married to international star DJ Moguai and has been living in her native Germany since late 2018, to be closer to her family. But she remains loyal to her beloved USA, keeping in regular contact with local fitness experts, and is also the face of MOVE IT MAMA overseas.
