Tailored to the stages of your pregnancy

We will take you with us no matter what stage of your pregnancy you are in. During the first trimesters you will find 6 different workouts, each perfectly suited to the respective phase. Starting with a little more demanding training in the first weeks up to gentle exercise sessions in the last trimester, everything is included for you!

My experience: I too was unsure during pregnancy which exercises were suitable and how much I could strain my body in each trimester and that is exactly why MOVE IT MAMA was created, to take away any doubt from us mothers and to keep our bodies fit and healthy during pregnancy and also afterwards! And above all to prepare you and your unborn child in the best possible way for the birth.

A training that adapts to your needs

After downloading the app, all you have to do is enter the calculated birth date of your child and you can start with the training program. Your training consists of 7 training phases, the first 3 units take place during pregnancy. In the first trimester you will find, as already mentioned, exercises with a higher degree of difficulty, since you are still at the very beginning of your pregnancy and therefore can put even more strain on your body. However, you can modify each training session if you find the exercises difficult or do the variation if you want to be challenged more. The big advantage: You don’t have to worry about whether the training is good for your body anymore, because the exercises have been developed and arranged together with professional and experienced trainers. Then a team of midwives and gynecologists took another scientific and medical look at it.

My tip: As a mom, you should always listen to your body more than usual and find an appropriate speed and level for yourself! But I can help you with that too! I personally often felt weak in the first trimester, in the third trimester I found jogging unpleasant, but the cardio workouts of MOVE IT MAMA were perfect.
