Dear Mom, today I want to share something very special with you – the success stories of our existing customers!

MOVE IT MAMA was created to help women feel good and fit in their bodies during pregnancy and the time after, and especially to prevent possible discomfort. My biggest motivation is to see that MOVE IT MAMA achieves positive results with other moms and that they feel better in their bodies during the whole pregnancy period!

By the way, for those of you who wish we had more workouts, don’t worry! We are already planning to provide new exercises for you very soon.

"I use the app almost daily in my first pregnancy and am very grateful for the workouts adapted per trimester, as I tend to overexert myself easily. The exercises are presented clearly and easily understandable and I can identify very well with the trainer, as I place a lot of value on physical fitness during pregnancy. Only and only more variety within the individual trimesters would be desirable, since the workouts per trimester are always the same, therefore, if necessary, half a point deduction, but I like to round up to 5 stars:-) Thanks for this great app!"
