You're finally pregnant and super excited, but with the baby belly you face new challenges in your daily pregnancy routine. Physically and mentally it can be a bit stressful. All the workouts in the MOVE IT MAMA app can be done from the comfort of your own home or, if the weather is nice, in the open air. Of course, you can do all the exercises with your own weight without additional equipment, but for some exercises we have purposely chosen special "mommy equipment" to create the maximum stimulus for your muscles in a short time and achieve faster results. Because as a mom, our time is short.🙂
Dear Mom, today we have something great to announce! Our app has been redesigned for you. Now with more workouts, more choices, more features. After a lot of sweat and tears, we managed to get the app into the App and Play Store before the New Year and I am more than proud of the final result.
